I want to preface by saying: I get what you're saying here, and I love your direct voice...
When I read this part though, my mind went straight to: "but you chose to do all those things, for a person who ultimately didn't deserve it."
I don't know the wherewithall of why you stayed and why you put in that work.
I feel that one of the threads running through is why this useless sounding man needed so much labour, service and resource from so many women: and why each of the women were manipulated(or chose to - don't like victimising everyone) give him all that.
